Accounting/Commercial Blockers
• Different Agreements with vendors/suppliers/clients need to be
modified/amended/entered/executed.
• Different Reports from integrated BPOSS and ERP suit like Customer Refund
Ticket Raise Report, Store Due Settlement/Payment Report are to be
developed.
• Purchase Orders/Sales Invoices need to be prepared from new entities for B2B &
B2C channel.
• Absence of Deviation Process as well as defined TATs for all activities-This need
to be designed/created
• Like secretarial team, we need to build internal team for tax compliances.
• Considering the current strengths and future outlook, recruitment of few more
employees at different position in Finance & Account Department for accounting
and internal controls.
ERP Suit Hangers

• ERP suit is not fully functional-The ERP Suit need to be fully

functional.
• Chart of Accounts, GL Masters, Vendor/Supplier as well as
Client/Customer Masters need to be created, tested and
validated.
• Errors are coming in different modules/function window like in
Contract Order, Challan cum Gate Pass, etc. in Prakriti. This need
to be fixed.
• Different Reports need to be developed as well as existing need to
be customised.
Tech Glitches

• Integration of BPOSS & ERP suit for smooth flow, validation &
verification of data.
• Business Mapping & Process building for inventory management,
packing activity, manpower management at Fulfilment centre,
Prakriti Centres/outlets.
• Building of Tech savvy CRM team for better customer experience.
• Parallel run of Tally and ERP suit is required till ERP establishes.
• Training Modules for ERP and BPoss are to be developed.
