1) Center for Art and Culture :

India is a culturally diverse nation with numerous traditions, language, arts which have attained
recognition at international level, nevertheless still there exist a large treasure of such art forms
which are limited within the bounds of their region/ community. These art forms are not only the
identity of their community but also a heritage for the nation which needs to be preserved. One
way to preserve and spread these art forms is to provide them required exposure, forward it to new
generation and train & support artists to carry it forward. Thus, way forward in this direction could
be providing required infrastructure for growth and promotion.

And the main problem for this art forms is the relation or communication between artist and the
public. So, I want to make a center where all can learn the art, make the practice for it and also can
display their works. The Center act as a platform to share various forms of contemporary art,
namely – paintings, sculptures, photography, illumination and digital arts etc.

2) Fashion Hub:

The Indian film industry and the fashion industry are the most important veins connecting India
with the other countries. They Believes, Fashion is the need of the society. And fashion is not only
the method or the way how one is dressed up, but built it is also the style. Owing to this, the Indian
and designer should be provided a platform for learning, design and collaboration for building
future brand.

So, I can develop a Hub or center to create interactive, creative and inspiring platform for various
fashion professions. Fashion Hub is a forum for all the activities related to the fashion like Studio,
Research and development center, production unit, Exhibition Area, Product launching area etc.
3) Commercial Hub:

Evolution of Retail in India:

In the 80’s, there were Fair or Bazaar,
In the 90’s, there were Street Markets,
After the 90’s, there were Malls.

So, The commercial Hub is the area of the city where commerce, Entertainment and Shopping are
concentrated. This center have combined shopping, learning and recreational activities with
entertainment to provide users an overall experience. It helps to explore the character of commerce
and culture. I can gather all the things like Public plaza, the mall, traditional bazar, commerce and
culture. Also the Hub can become the landmark or tourist place for the city.
