Economic Issues
• CUBA HAS AN ECONOMIC SYSTEM THAT HINDERS PROGRESS: The
current Constitution of Cuba, reformed in 2003, establishes that Cuba is an irrevocable
socialist state, preventing any modification of the socioeconomic regime.

• POOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR THE STATE : the sharp drop in tourism due to the
pandemic, depriving the government of a vital source of foreign exchange to cover a
wide range of needs.

• THE SYSTEM MAKES EVERYONE HAVE THE SAME, EVEN IF THEY

WORK MORE : Cuba's resources are managed by the state, this means that no
matter how hard you work, you will always get the same amount of
resources. This makes many people leave the country due to lack of recognition of
Cubans.

disappeared, and more importantly in terms of biodiversity, about 78% of
primary forests have already been destroyed and the remaining 22% are
threatened by logging. , conversion to other uses such as agriculture and
livestock

• WATER CONTAMINATION Cuba's resources are managed by the state, this

means that no matter how hard you work, you will always get the same amount of
resources. This makes many people leave the country due to lack of recognition of
