REQUIREMENTS
• 1sq.ft : 2000 RODS
• Total Cost : 56,00,000 • Steel : 8mm,12mm,16mm
• Foundation : shallow foundation- • Rings spacing : 8’
slope footing • Slab main bar : 10mm
• Column ratio : 1:2:4 • Sun shade : 8mm,10mm
• Beam ratio : 1:2:4
• P.C.C ratio : 1:4:8
• Column size : 9”x9” & 9”x12”
• Beam size : 9”x12”
WORK STAGES:
• This house work started on May 30, 2021.
• The columns marking on the 8th of June 2021.
• The foundation of the columns will be laid on June 9th, 2021.
• The plinth work on June 24, 2021.
• Sand filling is scheduled for the 4th of July, 2021.

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY:
• The most fundamental requirements of the users were
incorporated in the construction.

EXCAVATION:
• A layer of concrete is put inside the pit to provide a level and hard
surface to the foundation work
• The ratio of the mix is usually 1:5 10 or 1:4:8 .
• The thickness should be minimum 4" Mixing of the PCC is
generally a manual process.

CHECKING CEMENT NEEDED:
• Colour of the cement should be uniform and grey.
• Cement should feel smooth when touched or rubbed in between the fingers.
• If you insert your hand in the bag of the cement, it should feel cool.

BRICKS TEST NEEDED:

• Brick should be uniform in size.


• There should be no cracks or holes.
• There should be a metallic sound when two bricks are struck together.
CURING PERIODS:
• For concrete ---------------- minimum 14days

• For brick masonry -------- minimum 10days

• Plaster ------------------------ minimum 7days

STRUCTURAL DESIGN:
 Width and depth of the foundations
 Location and number of columns
 Sizes of different columns and their footings
 Sizes of all the beams
 Diameter and number of steel bars in columns, beams and roof slab
• Thickness and desired strength of the concrete etc..

EXECUTED ON THE SITE : When the construction time workers, there are have gaps and
misunderstandings. disturbance with the material load and
unavailable workers on time.

CONCLUSION:

• Building was become safe bearing capacity (S.B.C)


• Natural ventilation, Natural lighting can be give by
construction methods.
• The construction materials selected was well appreciative
• The owner's and engineer's duties has been influence on
the building in their life while it is being constructed.
• Engineers will use building strategies to control
difficulties and costs how was this structure built
• It will be linked to the user's safety, shelter, respect,
properties, and happiness.
