We are going through a very important stage in our lives: adolescence. That´s why it´s important to stay healthy. And here are a couple of tips that
we recommend you to follow:
1. DO NOT SKIP ANY MEAL TIME, ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST: hot having breakfast has adverse effects on the cognitive system.
2. CHOOSING THE BEST SNACKS: snacks provided 25% of the daily energy, and are a good oportunity to consume fruits, vegetables, etc.
3. SELECTING HEALTHY FOODS ON THE STREET: a lot of fast food restaurants offer food with high caloric content.
4. FOLLOR DIETS PLANNED BY A PROFESIONAL: internet´s diets are not confiable.
5. GETTING EXERCISE: exercise is essential for preventing and treating diseases.
6.ASSUMING RESPONSABILITY FOR THE FOOD INTAKE: it is worth reflecting with the adolescent about the pros and

In this article we will see some of the main systems that support the human body in a brief way.
Skeletal system: Is involved in the body locomotion, it allows us to maintain bipedal posture.
Muscular system: Connect the muscular masses with the rest of the locomotor system.
Integumentary system: Comprises the skin, hair and nails, covers our body and protects us from the
entry of pathogens and from ultraviolet radiation.
Circulatory system: Bring the blood and its contents to all the cells of the organism.
Immune system: Is a complex system consisting of cellular and humoral components. Comprises a
group of tissues, defense the body.
What is your profession and currently what do you do? 

A= “I am a general practitioner, specializing in the area of cardiology.” 

What motivated you to choose this profession?

A= “mainly serving people and the curiosity about how our body works.”

Once you finished the race, what challenge did you face?

A= “what specialty and where to take it.” 

What and how was your first time that you participate in an operation?

A= “three years ago I participated in a catheterization and I completed the procedure form the beginning to the end.” 

What has been your most complicated patient?

A= “When a patient came to the hospital and instantly he had a heart attack. The two main arteries were covered and he suffered constant heart attacks when treating him. The patient was
destined to die but he was able to get ahead.” 

How have you dealt with seeing the blood?

A= “I´ve never had problems seeing the blood; I try to turn off my human sensitivity when operating on people.”
• What do you like most about your profession? 
• A= “I like that medicine is always in constant change or evolution and to give hope to people.”  
• From your point of view as a doctor, what is your concept of life?
• A= “for me the concept of life is not to harm, to help in function and in aesthetics, always trying to five a quality of life.” 
• What do you think of euthanasia? 
• A= “I think it is an ethical dilemma, for me euthanasia is correct in expert hands.” 
• Something you want to add for those people who want to study this profession:
• A= “first, you must have passion for medicine, serving and giving in medicine. If you choose this profession for money or for another reason, you will not excel in medicine.”
