Purpose Technojet.Dev

• ConquError is a learning platform and community that helps students and learners grow by
providing an alternative approach to knowing anything about IT.

• ConquError offers a variety of courses to meet the needs of IT and non-IT professionals and
students.

• additionally, as a Learning Management System, we are here to assist and support the learner's
interest in many aspects of IT courses, such as programming, computing, database, web design,
and others.

Objective Technojet.Dev

• At ConquError, we believe that everyone ought to be able to learn computer

programming and other IT-related courses for free. Our objective is to create a
better manner of learning technology-related courses;

• As a team we exist to aid learners who continue to struggle in learning IT; and
through ConquError, we both face and conquer any problems. We assist you in
communicating and reaching out to others since we feel that we are all in this
together, as one community.

FR
Objective Technojet.Dev

1. To analyze the progress and understanding of the user in terms of pre-understanding and
post-understanding of the lessons that are related to ICT.

2. To design a web-based learning platform using an incremental software development

method based on the demands and identified users.

10
FR
Objective Technojet.Dev

• 3. To develop the proposed web-based learning platform, the researchers use Firebase to
handle information and hosting, HTML5, CSS3, JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Tailwind CSS, and other
development tools; and

• 4. To evaluate the system's usability and performance, it needs to pass the system
evaluation criteria based on the ISO 25010 standard. It evaluates the software quality
attributes such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, compatibility,
security, and portability.

11
FR
Scope Technojet.Dev

• The web-based application is meant to fulfill the users' demand to possess a learning environment that's accessible to the public,
user-friendly, manageable, and not confusing.

• (1) manage their user profile;

• (2) enroll in all available courses within the app;

• (3) take an evaluation test;

• (4) review progress and reports;

• (5) participate in a forum.

• (6) provide feedback and concerns about the application; and

• (7) download and save the lesson.

• (8) The reports show the users' growth in every course that they enrolled in.

This assists users in determining where they are lacking and where they would like to improve.
12
FR
Limitations Technojet.Dev

• It requires a good internet connection to completely access the web-based application

• Search results under forums are still in development

• Not installable to computer and mobile device

• Messaging and chatting are not allowed and implemented

• The system cannot send Notifications and alerts as of now

• Lessons contents are not officially created by the developer (due to lack of license/professionalism)

13
FR
Methodology Technojet.Dev

•The researcher used and applied the different phases of the development stage of "Incremental

Software Methodology" in the proposed system. The incremental software methodology is designed to

overcome any flaws and overlooked shortcomings of the traditional form of software development.

•The developers chose incremental development

methodologies to better understand the application's

requirements during the upcoming development and testing.

Furthermore, it allows them to operate flexibly and track the

progress of each feature that they have been working on.

Summary of Evaluation Technojet.Dev

•Using the ISO 25010 software evaluation test, the result of the system

evaluation with the frequency distribution of 40 BSIT-1 respondents from

Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Lopez Quezon Branch, represented by the

following numerical representation with the interpretation of Strongly Agree (5),

Agree (4), Fair (3), Disagree (2), and Strongly Disagree (1).

The system got an overall average of 4.4 wherein it satisfied the statistical range limit of 4.21-5.00 which

is interpreted as highly acceptable, which every way the ISO software criteria based on the evaluation results

is highly acceptable and web applications are greatly useful to the respondents.

Conclusion Technojet.Dev

• The developers identified the necessary information such as lessons

taken, time, essential modules, and the students' backgrounds using
the data collected and gathered from the users, as well as requested
documents from the class advisers of the respondents.

• A well-defined analysis for the system's development was carried

out, in which the developers determined the knowledge of the
students in the lessons already taken in their subject program.

Conclusion Technojet.Dev

• The use of UML diagrams proved to be a very useful tool in

developing the proposed system's system architecture, activities,
and features.

• As a tool, it guided the developer throughout the system

development and provided a clear path view of where to begin and
consider giving more time to reconstruct, such as analytics, profiles,
and forums, which covered most of the the developer's time in the
development stage.

FR
Conclusion Technojet.Dev

• For the proposed system, the developers used the existing ISO 25010
evaluation test. The evaluation test focuses on the system's functionality,
dependability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, compatibility, security,
and portability.

• Overall, the systems were found to be highly acceptable and received a

4.4 rating from the forty (40) respondents. Of the eight criteria,
functionality, compatibility, and security received the highest rating of
4.5, while reliability received the lowest rating of 4.1.

Recommendation Technojet.Dev

•The Web application is still in development, and there are plans to improve it in the future. ConquError's scope

may be expanded beyond beginner programming courses. Offering lessons and courses such as web

development, introduction to computing, database, and other advanced lessons that will surely benefit the users

of the system.

•Below are some of the respondent’s concerns and recommendations.

 Update more lessons and add some games to challenge the users.

 Add mobile companion app for the website

 Add advanced topics for higher year IT students

 Enhance analytic reporting
