Pipe Filling
- Pengisian pipa dengan avtur secara gravitasi dengan venting dibuka tiap section (10 psi)
- Pengisian menggunakan avtur dari batch yang sama untuk memudahkan acceptance mutu
avtur dengan membandingkan hasil pemeriksaan akhir dengan baseline
- Jaga jarak aman 15 m dari tiap venting point dan persiapkan spill kit dan firex di dekat venting
point
- Siapkan tampungan yang cukup besar seperti HFC atau bridger untuk menampung produk
venting
- Pada tahap ini, filter elemen dilepas
- Mulai dilakukan LOTO pada pompa dan valve pada tahap ini
3. TAHAPAN COMMISSIONING
Line Flushing
- Sebelum flushing, ditentukan tangki sumber dan tangki yang akan menerima product
(sebaiknya tangki storage, bisa juga tangki temporer/HFC/Bridger)
- Flowrate disesuaikan dengan flowrate operasional, dan memperhitungkan kecepatan laminar
produk (minimal 1 m/s ; direkomendasikan 3 m/s ; jika CU rendah, maksimal 5 m/s).
- Kenaikan flowrate secara perlahan dan sebaiknya tidak terhenti s.d selesai proses flushing

- Hasil produk flushing dilakukan draining sampai bersih dan dilakukan resertifikasi. Jika on spek
dan memenuhi kriteria komparasi, produk dapat digunakan kembali

- Soak test bertujuan untuk memastikan tidak ada kontaminasi coating (solvent, rust inhibitor),
welding flux, valve grease
