systems based on data gathered from
the school or local health workers.
• Goal: To spread awareness against Corona Virus disease, and give health advisory on
how to strengthen our Cardiorespiratory System and what we can do to avoid the
transmission of this virus and exhibit the understanding on how diet and lifestyle can
affects the circulatory and respiratory system.
• Role: Health advocate or a member of medical team.
• Audience: Family member and people in their community.
• Situation: For the past year we are suffering from the Pandemic Corona Virus Disease
or commonly known as “CoVid 19”. Many lives are affected because it attacks our
Cardiorespiratory System. In order to spread awareness against Corona Virus disease.
• Product: A pamphlet that promotes effective ways in taking care of the respiratory and
circulatory system in order to reduce the risk and complications brought about by
CoVid 19. Posters for exhibiting the understanding of diet and lifestyle can affect the
Cardiorespiratory System.
• Standard: Your product/Performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• 1. Content accuracy
• 2. Graphics/Pictures
• 3. Organization
PERFORMANCE TASK
• For the past year we are suffering from the Pandemic Corona Virus
Disease or commonly known as “CoVid 19”. Many lives are affected
because it attacks our Cardiorespiratory System. As a health
advocate and a member of the Medical Team, you are ask by your
Barangay Captain to conduct information dissemination campaign
and spread awareness against Corona Virus disease promotes
effective ways in taking care of the respiratory and circulatory
system in order to reduce the risk and complications brought
about by CoVid 19 to the residence of your barangay. You are ask
to create a pamphlet to be distributed in your barangay and
posters for displaying the understanding of diet and lifestyle can
affect the Cardiorespiratory System. You shall base the
information in the content accuracy, attractiveness organization,
and visual presentation (graphics/pictures).
