Before we proceed to the kinds of notes,


let's discuss first the part of it.
 

Note - A note is a symbol denoting a


musical sound. Notes can represent the
PITCH and DURATION of a sound in
musical notation. Note is a sound itself.
Parts of the notes

1. Head
There are two kinds of head
a) Open note head
b) Closed note head
2. Stem
3. Flag
Okey! Let us proceed to the kinds of notes.

notes according to the given parts)

The kind of notes determines its length of its
relative time value.
