WHY CLYENT TECHNOLOGIES
INDUSTRY OVERVIEW

One of the most crucial factors in India's international reputation is the burgeoning IT industrial sector. The IT
industry's contributions to India's GDP have helped the country's economy grow steadily.

The Indian IT industry is recognised around the world as a hub of innovators delivering world-class technology
solutions. Several foreign companies have opened offices in India, including Google, Accenture, and others. It has
supported India's economic shift from one centred on agriculture to one based on knowledge

The IT industry has contributed in the integration of the domestic and global economies. The lives of many people
have been profoundly influenced. It has also helped people in rural places connect with the rest of the globe. It has
spawned e-government practises, because of which residents now have easy access to government services through
e-health, e-education, e-ticketing, and other means.

Almost everything, including shopping, purchasing tickets, and filing taxes, can now be done online. Despite the
challenges and uncertainties of 2014 and 2020, the IT sector grew by double digits and generated revenues of USD
108 billion in the fiscal year. By 2020, the industry will employ 138,000 people and account for 8% of India's
GDP.
      Start-up current situation in India
• The start-up ecosystem in India is not a new development. It has been common for more than 40 years. It has
spawned several sectors and supported the Indian economy during its many stages of development. The start-up
environment, however, has recently drawn a lot of attention due to the sheer volume of entrepreneurial
endeavours as well as its robust angel investor network. The Indian start-up ecosystem currently ranks among
the top five in the world with approximately $20 billion in capital inflows and about 100,000 people.

• The history of start-ups in India predates the twenty-first century by more than four decades. A few innovative
IT service firms, like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, solidified India's position on the world economic scene
throughout the 1980s. These businesses made technological investments and took advantage of the nation's
young, English-speaking workforce to offer clients all over the world cost-effective technology services. As a
result, the sector now has close to four million workers and brings approximately $150 billion.

• With over $15 billion in annual revenues and more than 350 million customers globally, Airtel, the largest
telecom provider in India, was founded in the 1990s. In a similar vein, the 1990s saw the establishment of
ICICI, HDFC, and Axis banks, all of which are now among the top 10 banks in India in terms of balance sheet
size (as of March 2016). In fact, after the State Bank of India, ICICI and HDFC Bank are ranked number two
and three, respectively. Most significantly, they have fundamentally altered each component of the Indian
banking business model, which has improved the industry as a whole.
Situation analysis

The main outbound marketing methods used by Clyent technologies. They included cold calling, LinkedIn
marketing, customer visits, and email marketing. The extraordinary challenge provided by Covid-19 forced
them to find new ways to market and sell their medicines.
The company has virtually little awareness on digital platforms. Potential customers are increasingly surfing
the internet more and more to identify the top vendors. Most searches are conducted on digital devices, which
are being used more frequently. The ideal approach to conduct business is unquestionably online; take
advantage of the vast array of chances that digital marketing presents and broaden your audience's exposure.
To interact with clients where they spend a lot of their online time, on digital platforms, a clear digital
marketing plan was needed. Following situations where company requirements

• The website must have the finest information, navigation, and aesthetics.
• It would be preferable to produce high-quality leads through the business website.
• The company would want to receive applications from top talent via our website.
• The business would like to be well-represented on social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter,
LinkedIn, etc.
• To share details about new product launches, to broaden India's geographic client base
• To make full use of the Digital Marketing Toolkit's components.

Initial Observations

1) The company's website needed to be better presented.

2) The corporation needs to organise its social media presence.

3) Both on-page and off-page search engine optimization were necessary to raise the company's ranking on Google's
search engine results pages.

4) Content marketing was necessary to develop the brand online, draw potential clients and customers, aid with SEO, and
engage social media users.

SEO components.

• LinkedIn advertisements: LinkedIn is thought to be the next major venue for B2B marketing.

• Using hashtags: People use hashtags as search terms on Twitter and LinkedIn to find what they're looking
for. The list is not all-inclusive, but one

• can find new keywords using a variety of techniques.

• Writing blog posts: Writing blog posts is the finest approach to show the outside world that you are an
expert in your field. Your off-page SEO efforts are aided by using the right quantity of keywords in blog
posts.

• Uploading the most recent images to Google My Business: The best approach to digitally announce the
debut of a product is to upload product photos with pertinent alt texts.

• Requesting Google reviews from clients: Requesting Google reviews from clients is a terrific method to
build trust and improve our ranks for organic keywords.

• Writing content for another website is known as guest blogging. Infographics, text, and visuals can all be
used as content. By including your name, the name of your business, and the website's URL in
the courtesy area, this is another effective strategy for obtaining backlinks.

• The most efficient technique to increase a post's visibility on social media is to share and like it.

• Asking recruits to rate and review on glassdoor

• Including icons for social media in email signatures
• If necessary, offer each worker a suitable training programme. Additionally, the effectiveness of the training
programme should be assessed, and frequent training sessions should be planned.
• The company's departments must all implement the necessary training to assist staff members in becoming
more knowledgeable about the problem.

Every three months, employees may obtain computer-based training.
• Offer staff educational and motivational offerings to move them closer to profit.
• As important as on-the-job training is off-the-job training. Regular training sessions for employees
are possible.
• Check to see that the operational, organisational, and individual training needs are all correctly connected.
• Skill-based training (product/process training) is crucial.
• In addition to surveys, other post-training assessment tools can be employed, such as assessments, self-
diaries, observations, and supplement tests.
• The evaluation procedure must be followed for the subject, trainee, and trainer.
• To assess the effectiveness and worth of the training, regular post-training evaluations should include input
from line managers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Make the training and development process fully internal to save money.
• Given that passion is a key component of the consumer durables industry, the average age of trainees is in
their early twenties or thirties, suggesting that the sector needs more youthful talent.
• Methods of job training that demand that the trainee understand their position and the role they will play in
carrying it out may get the most interest.
• Delivering training and development involves using lectures and presentations extensively.
• The key factor influencing the training's overall effectiveness is that the training goals be in line with
the trainee's talent and skill requirements.
Conclusion
• Any company considers Marketing and Sales to be a growth strategy. The organization uses it to bridge
the gap between current capabilities and potential prospects. Employees' talents, performance,
competitiveness, and development potential are all enhanced by these training programmes. Skills,
experience, and personalities are the foundations for an organization's human capital to manage a
company efficiently. However, a lack of successful instructional programmes also reduces the importance
of these fundamentals. Investing in the development of employees increases the value of the company's
human capital.

Employee capabilities can be enhanced, and operational capabilities can be improved as well. As a result,
the organizational structure becomes flatter, with fewer levels between the top and bottom workers. Many
companies provide high-potential staff coaching to help them improve their imagination, thinking,
innovation, vision, inspiring others, and brainstorming abilities

Organizations should systematically improve employees' talents through a mix of training and
development systems, rather than placing them in management and requiring them to develop their
expertise and skills on their own. Executives must rely on what happens in the office before and after
employees go to class to get more outcomes from training programmes
Development evaluations must be tailored to the individuals and circumstances. Learner input is critical not just
for teachers, but also for the
learner's motivation. Employees and companies will continue to strive to improve individual efficiency and job
growth prospects indefinitely. The number of proposals and the diversity of ways to pursue the application of
ideas to address human needs around the world has no end in sight. Some businesses are looking at how
technology can help them be more productive, but technology is also driven by the opinions of the people who
programme it.

Human intelligence is only limited by their desire to transform what they dream about into useful resources to
use in their daily lives or to sell to their peers. Organizations place a premium on putting theoretical knowledge
into practice.

Employees' efforts to deliver optimum service for their companies are rendered worthless if information cannot
be implemented. In a capitalist society where time is wealth, having expertise alone has never been enough for
an enterprise to succeed. The staff needs to be able to adapt all their experience and training to operational
processes. I believe that, in addition to the distinction
