ADJECTIVE
APA ITU ADJECTIVE?
Adjective adalah kata sifat yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan kata benda atau
kata ganti yang dapat berupa orang, binatang, tempat, benda, dll.
BEBERAPA ADJECTIVE YANG
SERING DIGUNAKAN
• Good : The movie was good (Filmnya bagus)
• Bad : The weather is bad today (Cuacanya buruk hari ini)
• Easy : I find the book easy to understand (Menurutku buku itu mudah dimengerti)
• Different : My idea is different from yours (Ideku berbeda denganmu)
• Hungry : He’s always hungry every two hours (Dia selalu lapar setiap dua jam)
• Tired : Running makes me tired (Berlari membuatku lelah)
• Busy : Let’s go somewhere if you’re not busy (Ayo pergi ke suatu tempat kalau kamu gak
sibuk)

LINKING VERB + ADJECTIVE
Jika dalam suatu kalimat ada linking verb, maka kita tidak memerlukan to be.
Good : The movie was good (Filmnya bagus)

COMPARISON OF EQUALITY

Adjective bisa digunakan untuk membandingkan orang atau benda.


Comparison of equality ini digunakan untuk dua hal atau lebih yang
memiliki derajat yang sama.
