refers to the ability of your body systems to work
together efficiently to allow you to be healthy and
perform activities of daily living.

Health - related Physical Fitness

 Consists of those components of physical fitness


that have a relationship with good health.

to Supply oxygen to Working muscles during exercise.
 Muscular Strength – the amount of force that can be produced by a
single contraction of a muscle.
