SUMMARY

• This project aims at providing automating solutions for the HDFC FD

Creation system from the perspective of a Business Analyst.

• It will expedite the particulars of what the existing process is, the
stakeholders involved, external factors involved, the requirements,
expectations from the To-be process

• It will allow customers to create FDs seamlessly from wherever they

are, track the status of the FD and check the maturity amount, rates,etc.
