BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
• Students’ outputs, written works and performance tasks,
provide concrete evidence of  students' thinking and
learning.
• Students’ outputs from the distributed printed modules
need to be completed and submitted on time.
• This School Year, 77% retrieval rate has been noted.
• The CI Team has chosen to focus on establishing an
output retrieval system to ensure a 100% retrieval rate,
particularly in the Junior High School Department of
Inawayan NHS.

• The consistency and diligence of teachers as the
key customers in the module distribution, output
retrieval and professional relationship with the
parents/guardians are very important elements in
this project.
• The personal concern and commitment of the
parents/guardians is very vital in their children's
education.
