What is Conjugal Love ?

 Conjugal or Marital love is, the love between spouses, between

husband and wife.

 This love is eminently human one since it is directed from one

person to another through an affection of the will.

 It involves the good of the whole person , and therefore can

enrich the expression of body and mind with a unique dignity,
ennobling this expressions as special ingredients and signs of
the friendship distinctive of marriage.
ADULTERY

 As defined under Article 333 of the RPC, is committed by a

married woman and her paramour who knows of her marital
status, when they engage in sex intercourse. Thus, the law only
requires proof on an offending wife’s sexual relations with
another man during the marriage so that she may be convicted of
the crime.

 The prescribed penalty for the offending wife and here guilty
paramour (imprisonment which ranges from 2 years, 4 months
and 1 day to 6 years).
