‫‪- ٢ .‬تشـكيل وتـدريب فريـق إدارة األزمـات والحـاالت الطارئـة بكـل مبنـى وتحديد الواجبات‬
‫والمھام المنوطة بكـل منھـا لتكـون بمثابـة إطـار عـام لتنفيذ خطط اإلخالء ومكافحة الحرائق‬
‫وعمليات اإلنقاذ ودلـيالً مرشـداً في سبيل حماية األفراد بالتنسيق والتعـاون مـع إدارات‬
‫الـدفاع المـدني والحريق والجھات األخرى‬

‫‪- ٣ .‬الســيطرة علــي الخطــر ومنــع إنتشــار الحرائــق والعمــل علــي تقليــل الخسائر‬
‫الناجمة عنھا بالقدر الكافي من خالل استخدام الوسائل الفعالة لمكافحة الحرائق‪.‬‬

‫• اإلخالء‪ :‬هو نقل األشخاص العاملين في أماكن معرضة أو معرضة ألخطار الحروب والكوارث وحاالت‬
‫الطوارئ المختلفة (طبيعية ‪ -‬صناعية ‪ -‬حرب ‪ ...‬إلخ) إلى أماكن آمنة‪.‬‬

‫• المنطقة اآلمنة أو منطقة الملجأ‪ :‬وهي منطقة في نهاية ممر الخروج محمية من وصول آثار الحريق ‪،‬‬
‫بحيث تكون معزولة عن المناطق األخرى في المبنى عن طريق العزل المقاوم للحريق لمدة ساعة على‬
‫األقل‪.‬‬

‫• طرق الهروب‪ :‬هي الطريقة اآلمنة التي يسلكها اإلنسان للهروب من المبنى إلى مكان يجد فيه األمان‬
‫واألمان‪ .‬هي مسارات النقل التي يسلكها شاغلو (العمال) لالنتقال من أي نقطة فيها حتى الوصول إلى‬
‫الهواء الطلق خارج المبنى أو إلى أي مكان آمن‪.‬‬
