RESPONSIBILITIES AT PHC LELVEL
• Keep vaccines at appropriate vaccine refrigerator
• Use temperature monitoring devices to ensure temperature
levels
• Check and record temperature twice daily
• Transport vaccines to immunization sites in vaccine carriers
• Fit a foam pad over vaccine carrier during the sessions.
• Properly storing vaccines , diluents and ice packs.
