    There was a 130% decrease in enrolment in 2016
    as the Abot-Alam Program (Literacy Volunteers)
    implementation discontinued.

    In 2016, there was 24% increase of learners


    handled by the Mobile Teachers than the DALCS.

    The opening program started at 10 o’clock in the morning with the presence of DepED regional
    Representative, LGU, division personnel, ALS implementers and learners from 10 municipalities.
