[Result evaluation of tablet

rollout test launch survey]


Summary

The objective of pilot project was to roll out tablets in bar areas of restaurants locations in North and Downtown
in order to support Business goal of increasing customers satisfaction by providing fast and efficient
experience resulting in reducing food waste to support maintaining operational costs to 65% and profit margins
by 8%.

The tablets got installed successfully on both locations. We were able to run a test trail and got results of
surveys which we are going to discuss in this presentation.
