life situations. It helps with decision making and planning
ahead. A SWOT analysis diagram is formed by a two-by-two
grid. Each quadrant has an outline of the subject's strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).

Any business has strengths and weaknesses, but no organization


exists in a vacuum- We must also analyze the opportunities and
threats that abound in the marketplace. SWOT analysis tool

 Effectively using its capital to generate profit - RoCE improving in last 2 years
 High growth and High Return on Equity (ROE) with Low PE ratio
 Increasing Revenue every Quarter for the past 4 Quarters

Weakness:-
 Inefficient use of assets to generate profits - ROA declining in the last 2 years
 Decline in Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (QoQ)
