Objective:
 ABC Inc is seeking a service provider to migrate their entire workloads to cloud and also support it.

Assumptions

 Project Duration has been considered as 3 years.

 Daily Spike Traffic has been considered for the monthly workload.
 All planning and migration effort is based on considering an as-is technical migration with no changes to OS, DB and Application
version.
 Any change either to scope, Service, functionality, timelines, project scheduling, etc. that has an impact on the proposed solution
will be handled through a contractual change management process, which to be finalized prior to start of engagement.
 For migration, DB export, backups & system export from source systems will be provided by ABC team
 Any 3rd party component setup, integration and validation is out of scope.
 Coordination and communication with external systems should be taken care by ABC
 Hardware in the current incumbent Data center will be available and support till we complete migration of all the applications.
 No upgrade activity is involved in ABC in terms of data logic, data loads, data manager packages or cleanup
