DIRECT RECRUIT

THE RELETIVE SENIORITY OF ALL DIRECT


RECRUITS IS DETERMINED BY THE ORDER OF
MERIT IN WHICH THEY ARE SELECTED FOR SUCH
APPOINTMENT.
PERSONS APPOINTED AS A RESULT OF AN EARLIER
SELECTION BEING SENIOR TO THOSE APPOINTED
AS A RESULT OF A SUBSEQUENT SELECTION.
PROMOTION
PROMOTEES THROUGH DPC SHALL BE IN
THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE
RECOMMENDED FOR SUCH PROMOTION.
WHERE PROMOTIONS ARE MADE ON THE
BASIS OF SENIORITY, SUBJECT TO THE
REJECTION OF UNFIT, THE RELETIVE
SENIORITY IN THE LOWER GRADE WILL BE
SENIORITY IN THE PROMOTED GRADE/POST.

THE RELATIVE SENIORITY OF DR AND
PROMOTEES,LDCE SHALL BE
DETERMINEDACCORDING TO ROTATION OF
VACANCIES WHICH SHALL BE BASED ON THE QUOTA
FOR DR AND PROMOTEE AS PER SRO.
ROTATION OF QUOTAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DETERMINING SENIORITY WOULD TAKE PLACEONLY
TO THE EXTENT OF THE AVAILABLE DR AND THE
PROMOTEES.LDCE
