 EMPOWER ONDO STATE INITIATIVE
THE VISION:
A total transformation of the whole state, one village at a time, one
family at a time, stop the silent killer of rural Ondo State indoor
pollution and water borne diseases. Empower Ondo State Initiative is
dedicated to the eradication of the silent killer pandemic. According to
the United Nations report every 20 seconds someone is dying in Ondo
State, as in other parts of Africa and the world of smoke from burning
firewood.
THE OBJECTIVE:
To bring electricity to every rural school and every village in Ondo
State for cooking and heating and also provide mass communication
platforms for e-learning and the information super highway to every
village.
THE GOAL:
To create a Smart State. To inaugurate technical revolution, focused
on providing a solutions to these preventable human tragedies, of
ignorance and the pandemic, silently destroying whole rural
populations without electricity.
 RURAL ELECTRIFICATION
USING OFF GRID POWER SUPPLY
There is no development without electrification. 95% of the
population in Ondo State are silently being destroyed by indoor
pollution and every 20 seconds someone is dying of this silent
killer.
The first priority in the creation of a Smart State is to provide
OFF GRID POWER SUPPLY to each family in every village.
The Gerizim Group has the capacity to provide, cost effective,
high performance mission critical Off Grid Power Supply, one
village at a time, one family at a time and no one will be left
behind, in this new Ondo State revolution. The silent pandemic
must be stopped. This must be the Governments top priority, the
well being of its citizens.

RURAL WATER PURIFICATION

The village water source in most cases becomes the death trap, because of deadly water borne
diseases that eventually effect everybody in the community. This is the tragedy that can be
avoided.

Rural micro economics is the basis of real economic growth of a nation, when

offices and members of his government for consideration:

URBAN ENERGY SAVING:

In order to save up to 70% of present power supply and eliminate power blackouts during the peak
hours, when people are cooking food, we suggest the government supply the citizens the space age
cookers.The government will recover their money by the sale of saved electricity to new industrial
and residential end users. This could be a scaleable project as follows for immediate minimization of
power blackouts.

behind.

ONDO INITIATIVE:
The Ondo model must be a local initiative. A government priority, funded by the state to
improve the quality of life for its citizens. A new paradigm for Ondo State. The world
bodies will take a look a Ondo State’s revolution and come and join in. Success attracts
the world.
