means "mask.“

Empathy:
Two volunteers were asked to talk about anything
they want to. The only rule was they can’t use the
word ‘I’.
To focus on importance of understanding others
and demonstrate how self-centered we are
Self confidence
Participants were asked to come one by one and
say ‘ha’ as loudly as possible. Participants who are
otherwise not very confident people were able to
do the exercise very confidently, indicating their
scope to build upon their confidence.
