 To use compressed gas cylinders safely, it is important that they are stored
properly, handled correctly, used with the correct equipment, and that the
properties of the gases they contain are fully understood.

 There has been a continuous violation on the use and storage of gas
cylinders on this site.

1 On the 24th of April, 2017 at about 19:45hrs, Mr. Kingsley DORC Rigger First Aid Injury
Solomon a rigger, was assigned to assist in laying wooden
sleepers under steel plates. He had successfully laid some
sleepers under some plates suspended by a forklift when the
load on the forklift suddenly came down trapping his left
index finger leading to severe injury to the finger.
