upon what you deeply believe, according to the dictates of
conscience).

• Equal Gender Opportunities and Pay Scale. (Transsexuals’ Identity)
• No Discrimination based on Religion, Sex, Race or beliefs
• No honour killing

Religious Freedom (EQUAITY) • All citizens are free to follow their sect or religion without fear.
• Only Muslims are allowed to preach their religion publicly.
• No hate speech is allowed against any sect/religion.
• All citizens will be allowed to build the structure of their prayer at
their legally allotted lands.
Protecting Innocent (FAIR SYSTEM) • If convict is socially or financially weak then it is responsibility of the
state to provide him state defendant.
• If the victim is socially or financially at the lower echelon then his
and his family’s security is states responsibility.
• Judgement will not be influenced by the status of the involved
personnel.
Compulsory primary and secondary • No child labour is permitted
Education (QUALITY OF LIFE) • Each child must be enrolled in one of the schools
• Curriculum for private or public school must be same. The
education system should not tend to create class difference

Performance Objectives & Criteria
Explained
In the context of NPPs, excellence constitute following features:
Performance Objective Characteristics, Criteria Yardstick
WANO PO&C addresses on 7 focal area and each has its own Performance Objectives.
The excellence in performance of a NPP is considered achieved when there are:
1. Sustained high levels of plant performance; sustained event-free operations;
2. Avoidance of unplanned, long-duration shutdowns;
3. Well-managed and understood (Every activity is carried out as per some procedure, process with
thorough understanding of effects, consequences, critical steps etc.)
4. Safety, design and operating margins;
5. High levels of plant worker safety;
6. A highly skilled, knowledgeable and collaborative workforce (teamwork); AND
7. Readiness to respond effectively in an emergency situation.
