INTRODUCTION

• The two components of business communication that we will be


studying over the course of this report, communication, and teamwork,
are all most relevant in the context of all internal organizational
communication.

• We focused on the concepts of diversity, communication and teamwork


in Zahra Industries.

• We then provided them with feedback and suggestions to make their


organization’s running and functioning smoother and more productive.
• With a total of 135 employees (81% male and 19%
female), the organization consists of 6 departments

OBJECTIVES OF THE REPORT

• This report aims to identify a complete understanding of Zahra


Industries. We seek to understand the history of the company and how
it journeyed its way to becoming a market leader in Pakistan.

• To understand how Zahra Industries communicates with its employees


and customers, and how they ensure good quality customer service.

• To understand how important teamwork is, and what are the


advantages and disadvantages of working in a team at Zahra Industries.
