ANNOTATIONS:
For this objective, I attached one lesson plan that shows that I
have used research-based knowledge and / or principles of
teaching and learning in all components of my lesson. From the
review part, I able to engage my students into using their prior
knowledge. In the activity part, I was able to let my students
explore more ideas about the topic. I let my students explain and
participate in all my activities.

For objective 7, I opted to use SET B of the required MOV. I
attached here my rating sheet for COT 1and 2 where I got level 6
in indicator 6 – Maintained learning environments that nurture and
inspire leaners to participate, cooperate and collaborate in
continued learning. I also attached a screenshot of a conversation
from one of my students wherein I did a follow up and asked
feedback of the lessons that we tackled. This is equivalent to 5
points in IPCRF.

attached here my rating sheet for COT 1and 2 where I got in
indicator 6 – Applied a range of successful strategies that maintain
learning environments that motivate learners to work productively
by assuming responsibility for their own learning. I also attached a
screenshot of my conversation to my students wherein I did a
follow up on attending online class, helping them to understand my
instruction in the activity or project that I put in our google
classroom, also putting some of my activities in our group chat
whenever they wont able to attend online class. This is equivalent
to 5 points in IPCRF.

on the given context about Clara.

ANNOTATIONS: Video lessons are very useful


for me and my students because they make my
discussion come to life. It also improves learner
engagement and participation and reduces
cognitive overload and maximizes retention.

To prove that I was able to sustain engagement with the learners,
parents / guardians and other stakeholders regarding school
policies through school community partnership/ attached here are
pictures as evidence of my participation in a school-community
partnership. These pictures shows our EARLY REGISTRATION
PARADE wherein we went to different barangay within our
school to inform many parents about the start of the enrollment in
our school.

I sincerely asked for criticism from my students, who
were not hesitant to offer it, in order to be able to show
that I adhered to procedures that uphold the honor of
teaching as a profession by exemplifying qualities like
a caring attitude, respect, and honesty. In this
performance, I was able to exhibit moral behavior that
supports the respect given to teaching as a profession.
