RIVERS
are considered useful because flowing rivers are used for
replenishment. Thus, the flow of river fluctuates over time.
RESERVOIRS AND LAKES
these water resources usually are surface runoffs and maybe ground water
seepage, or from rivers or rainfall that have accumulated in low area.
GROUND WATER
is the water found underground in the cracks
and spaces in soil, sand and rock. It is stored in
and moves slowly through geologic formations of
soil, sand and rocks called aquifers.

• is the process of removing dissolved salts from water to
produce freshwater.
