Instructions:
1. Make an artistic portfolio cover page.
2. Use the question “How do you see yourself 10 years from now?” as a
topic.
3. Cover page must consist of the following information:
a) Name of the School
b) Complete Name
c) Grade and Section
d) Personality Development Portfolio
4. Any art materials are allowed to use.
