Achievement indicator: Students will be able to use the grammar and
vocabulary studied in unit 7 by engaging in a series of activities.
Warm-up: Who am I?

Break up into small groups.


One by one, you will go to the front.
Your teacher will show your group the name of a famous person (You cannot see it)
Then you listen to them describing the person (no name can be mentioned)
The team with the most correct answers wins.
Grammar: Quantifiers

Form groups of 5

Tell each other about your most favorite food (dish) whether typical from your city or
country or international.

Use quantifiers and vocabulary about food while describing it.

Ask questions or make comments once your classmates are through.

Directions:
1) Choose between one of the options given below:
● the three most delicious dishes you have tried.
● the three most disgusting dishes you have tried.
● three dishes you would like to try.
1) Think of a topic sentence for your paragraph.
2) Think of three dishes to write about.
3) Develop your supporting sentences based on the three dishes.
4) Write as much as you can to add enough information in your paragraph.
5) Get rid of any information that does not relate to your topic.
6) Finally, proofread your paragraph before uploading it to the evaluations tab.
