BEFORE TAKING FOR ICE CREAM MIX THE MILK IS FED IN THE HIGH PRESSURE HOMOGENIZER OF TWO DIFFERENT STAGES.FOR CUP ICE CREAMS THE RAW MATERIALS ARE FED IN THE BATCH PLATE CHILLER AND THE ICE CREAM MIX AT 85 DEGREE CELCIUS IS TAKEN OUT.THEN THE MIX IS FED IN THE BATCH FREEZER AND THE CUP ICE CREAMS ARE TAKEN OUT.
RAW MATERIALS
THE RAW MATERIALS NEEDED INCLUDE MILK,CREAMS,FLAVOURS,STABILIZER,CO LOURS,DEHYDRATED FRUITS AND NUTS ETC.THEY ARE EASILY AVAILABLE ,CARE WILL BE TAKEN ON THE QUALITY OF THE SAME.THEY WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FROM LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS AND REPUTED DEALERS OF CONCERNED ITEMS.
