To help schools reopen and
stay open and safe, teachers,
school staff, parents and
students should follow the
‘do it all’ approach to reduce
the risk of COVID-19
transmission:

WELL BEING AND PROTECTION
School Personnel or Learners who shows COVID-19 symptoms shall
immediately be isolated and referred based on the severity of their
01 symptoms for proper management and approriate testing.

02 Close contact shall be monitor and informed

Parents shall report to the class adviser if their children are experiencing flu
03 like syptoms, such us Cough, Colds, Fever, Sore throat etc.
WELL BEING AND PROTECTION

Learners and school personnel shall be disallowed from sharing items


04 (e.g., textbooks and toys).

Classes m a y resume after at least 24 hours since suspension u p o n ensuring the


following:

05 ○ Completed contact tracing;


○ Completed disinfection activities; and
○ Area where school is located is classified as Alert Level 1 or 2 (or
equivalent classification)

School Personnel or Learners who is positive with Covid 19 shall undergo


06 7 to 10 days quarantine if fully vaccinated.
MONITORING FOR SAFETY AND
WELL BEING
DAILY HEALTH MONITORING

School Personnel and Learners shall undergo


daily health monitoring.

Daily Health Monitoring Tool for learners


shall be given to the class adviser and
submit it to the School Health Personnel.
PROPER DISPOSAL

There should be a separate disposal for infectious


materials such as face mask, gloves etc.
ROUTINE SANITATION/DISINFECTION

WinS Coordinator will provide a monitoring tool


per classroom to monitor the proper sanitation
and disinfection.
ROUTINE MONITORING OF HAND
SOAP AND ALCOHOL

Daily replenishment/replacement of hand soap


and alcohol per classroom shall be provided.
AVAILABILITY OF SANITARY PAD
IN THE CLINIC

Female learners with monthly period during class


hours will be provided sanitary pads.
