Definition of working of a computer system :-
A computer is a programmable electronic device that works
according to the instructions given by us. It has the ability to
accept data process it and give a useful output .We can also say
that the computer is a machine that follows The IPO now I it is
also known as( input process output cycle) the input devices are
used give instructions to computer which then draws is by the
CPU which is( the central processing unit) now the result of
processing is displayed on the output devices .Computer makes
use of different types of memory to store data and instructions

UNDERSTANDS
A computer runs on electricity and understands only two states which
is on and off now on is it a presented by 1 and off is represented by 0.
The computer understands the language of only zeros and ones. It is
called the binary language or the machine language. 
Input device data instruction from us and convert them into binary
form that the computer can understand. Output device takes data in
binary form from the computer and converts it into the form that we
can read. 
INPUT DEVICES
Definition of input devices -The input device is used to get instructions to the computer and then
process it by the CPU .
Use -The input device is used to get instructions to the computer and then process it by the CPU .
Eg: Key board ,mouse, joystick
 KEYBOARD
Keyboard is the most widely used input device, it has several keys for entering add switch numbers and special
characters. When you press a key the code of the key is sent to the CPU in binary form. A keyboard can be connected
to the computer through a cord or through a wireless connection. 
 A mouse, is a pointing device with two or more buttons. We give

MOUSE - instructions to the computer by clicking on the mouse button. 

User for mouse - 
1.It lets us point and select things on the monitor 
2.It lets  us draw and paint 
3.It let.us drag one thing from one place to another on the
monitor 
The mouse converts the motions of hands into binary signals so
that the computer can understand the mouse pointer on the
monitor moves according to the movement of mouse. 
Types of mouse : - 
•wireless mouse- a wireless mouse is not attached to the
computer through a wire instead it communicates with a
computer using the signals like the way a remote control is used
to change channels on a television. 
•Optical mouse- an optical mouse has a red light under it 
 
JOY STICK

A joystick is an input device consisting of a stick

that is attached to the base .the stick move s and
controls the movement of a pointer or some other
display symbols.
Used for video games .
