 Be ready at least 10 minutes before your class will begin.

 Check if your gadget and wifi connection work well.
 Be attentive and actively engage yourself at all times.
 Use the icon “raise hand” if you want to speak.
 Mute your microphone especially when you are not
permitted to speak.
 Be respectful of each other’s perspectives.

 Use your official virtual background or make sure that your
background is a wall to keep your privacy.
 Wear appropriate clothes.
 Keep your camera on so that your teacher and classmates can see
you.
 Use the chat box only to post relevant comments and questions.

to others.
 Use your full name and not your pseudonym.

 There will be a consultation hour

within the day of your class schedule
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ONLY.

 In sending a direct message to your instructor/professor,

kindly follow this format:
a. Start your message with a proper greeting and
salutations
(i.e. Good morning, Dr./Ma’am/Sir Dela Cruz);
b. Specify your complete name, year and section, and
academic program;
c. Clearly and briefly specify your concern;
d. Respectfully end your message.

 If it will be sent through email, specify the subject of your email.

 The class or learner's academic concerns must be communicated

first to the class mayor or class focal person. However, personal
matters or sensitive concerns can be directly raised or delivered to
your instructor/professor.

 Always address your concerns to the proper authorities. DO NOT

raise your concern outrightly to the Program Chairperson, Campus
Director, or any academic or non-academic personnel.

classroom.

 Maintain the cleanliness of your classroom.
 Listen attentively and respect your
instructor/professor.
 Clean up the space after eating (Clean As You Go).

 Wear proper school uniform/corporate attire.
 Follow school, health, and safety protocols.
 Hygiene kits are a must (alcohol, wipes, sanitizer, soap, towel,
and extra face mask).
 As a sign of respect to your instructor/professor, just simply
place your right hand over your heart when greeting.
 If you are not feeling well, inform your instructor/professor.
Then, a safety and health officer will be assisting you.
REMINDER
 As per VPAA, the first 2 weeks (August 22-
September 2) of classes will be PURELY ONLINE.

Class Scheduling Scheme as well as

Grading System, Health, Safety and Security
Protocols and other matters will be discuss
thoroughly during the VIRTUAL ORIENTATION
AND FACE-TO-FACE ORIENTATION.
