Coteries fest will just be like a club fair where each coterie will
have a stall, and to encourage for new signups or recruitments,
the heads will be presenting and decorating things at the stall.

What all we need

Heads
Every coterie will need a head or a representative to present and
speak for the audience which is interested in your coteries.

Unique Idea At
Every stall will have to present something unique at their stall –
like Biology Coterie can do an experiment – on a hour basis

Financial Budget
Things should be unique yet affordable.

Slot basis
This will be according to ticket basis – everyone will have to get their
slots booked – and every slot has an hour to look what they like
Or

We could do just the ticket process – if someone has a ticket they will
be allowed to enter

It will have a floor map 2 day Program Entries

Where every stall is placed –
and location bases
-we will be providing them a
note page and a pencil
60 Coteries will be divided
into 30 – 30 each day.
Entries will be taken by
Laptop excel.
Important notes will be
taken by a volunteer of
that particular coterie.
