    ⮚ Conclusion:

    Trade unions still tend to play an important role in protecting


    workers and helping them enforce their legal rights , also unions
    can give them with features to their functions to give better &easy
    life conditions. Unfortunately ,in the last few decades unions
    became behaving in overly bad millitant ways,particularly when
    they feel their own power and relevant is being threatened .
