aids in developing and maintaining strong
customer relationships, both within a company
as well as with outside clients. They seek out
new business opportunities for their clients
while advising them on products or services
that best fit their needs.

This quadrant depicts a


situation where the
Relationship Manager
knows about the
product and services
offered by the bank
whereas the client may
not be aware about
the working systems of
the bank or some of
it’s products and
services.
QUADRANT 3 (Unknown to RM and
known to Client)

This situation is one of the most


difficult ones. In this situation,
we see that the client knows
about whereas, the Relationship
manager does not have a good
idea about the functioning of
the bank, it’s products and
processes.
QUADRANT 4 (Unknown to RM and
Unknown to Client)

A confused situation
wherein, both parties ,
relationship manager
and the client are not
well-versed with the
bank’s systems and
products. There is no
clarity and confidence
in either of the parties .
