No one can get away from the sequel of anxiety. It can grow from

apprehension about aspects of one’s physical appearance and
how others evaluate them (Brewer, H., & Weinstein, M., 1993).
Anxiety levels can rise considerably when people usually feel they
are out of place and judged by their peers.
Normal anxiety is felt during those creative moments when
a fine artist suddenly comes to an understanding that leads to the
realization that one's life or the lives of others will be forever
changed. When people become aware that their existence or some
value associated with it may be threatened, they experience
anxiety. Nobody can escape the aftereffects of anxiety. It can
develop from an early stage to an old stage, their ethics change,
and with each step comes normal anxiety.
