(DGRA) toolkit with COVID-19 pillar
DGRA OVERVIEW

| Help governments or agency departments assess their readiness towards digital


government and generate shared understanding and consensus among key
VISION stakeholders about government priorities and constraints of their transformation
journey

| Derived from research into international best practice in digital government
