Human actions contribute a large proportion of CO 2 emissions into the atmosphere.

We can reduced the impact on the carbon cycle through actions at home, in school and
around the community.

These might include reusing products made from fossil fuels, such as plastic bags, or
choosing to increase the use of electrical appliances and gas or oil appliances, such as
heaters or ovens.

To reduce CO2 emissions, appliance use should be decreases and not increased.
