Organization strategy:
• Our strategy depend on exclusive doctors module which makes our consultant as full time job
employee or much better to call it our partners
• This module depend on specific doctor in each specialty who name by exclusive to increase the
specialty volume, revenue ,charge per visits and hospital referral
• Branding each exclusive doctor to be well known to cash and credit patient
• Sales and marketing team which is the main responsible department for doctors branding
• Marketing department mainly use the social media, web sites , digital campaigns and videos for
each
• Sales department mainly use the corporate team to brand those doctor in companies that we
cover their medical insurance by regular events and flight clinics
After all our goal to achieve organization target in all the following aspects
financial, quality , satisfaction and compliance
Our organization has four business goals need to be
achieved and divided as follows:
1. Financial goal
Profitability is the most basic financial goal of every business. It involves
earning more revenue than you spend on operating expenses.
Business revenue includes income from specific doctor in each specialty
to increase the specialty volume, revenue ,charge per visits and hospital
referral by utilize patient regarding to the guidelines
2. Quality goal
Identifying organizational opportunities for improvement and engaging
with the patient to guarantee their loyalty to our organization by
improving the health status of our patients
3. Compliance goal
Abiding by the organization’s policies and regulations will draw the
path for all the organization success especially the doctors towards
their target achievement, attendance and commitment to the
organization.
GAP analysis:
• One of the biggest issues that we used to face in our organization the conflict between the
hospital strategy and the mind set of the doctors.
• The conflict is how to balance between being doctor and dealing with this job in a business
concept without any abuse
• They couldn’t reach the target that was set to each one of them .
After gab analysis to the situation the corrective action was as follow :
• Tasks from this survey is assigned to the concerned manager or department with continuous
follow up from HR side till all be done
