CASE STUDY
• Students finish their case studies in groups and individually.
• Each group then has to finish complete analysis of a case:
1. presenting groups need to turn in their group case analysis in the format of
Power point file prior to class
• For each non-presenting case, every student will have to:
1. read the case thoroughly
2. provide ratings for the presenting groups
3. raise at least 2 questions concerning the presentations per group.
4. finish the case write-up in the case brochure

FINAL PROJECT
• The project should discuss one of the Digital Transformation
project (not limited to what we have discussed in this class) and
how it can be utilized for Digital Transformation (product, process,
business model, etc).
• The project should include the following sections:
1. A brief introduction of the organization: problems, opportunity,
future development, etc…
2. A detail plan for Digital Transformation, which can benefit them
