How to repair tire
1. Identify the scratched tire, leak or not, any separation or not.
2. Start skiving the rubber using air grinder and circular blade
3. Cut the loose cord and clean it by grinder.
4. Buffing the tire with grinder and wire brush to get smooth surface using air grinder.
5. Take the glue / cement into surface.
6. Put chusing gum into surface.
7. Put rubber, layer per layer with heater gun. Flatten the layer with roll before we put another rubber.
This is to avoid small air trap between layer.
8. Inside tire part. Clean area surrounding the leak with wire brush.
9. Give the glue
10. Put RAD pad appropriate with dimension of the hole. This case just for leak in sidewall or tread.
11. Curing. After all finished, curing the rubber base on the tools and high of rubber, different tools have
different time to curing. Temperature of curing is 130 Celsius.
12. Finishing. Clean the rubber using air grinder with wire brush.

4. Rubber, RAD pad, glue from rematiptop for the first choice
5. For the second choice using the local and india brand.
6. Air grinder from Bosch.
7. Grinder accessories from local market.
8. Supporting tool / standing pad from local made.
9. Clamp and wood for supporting clamp

Estimation of using rubber for repair is 2 kg to 8 kg depend on the wounded and how much wounded. The
biggest using rubber is to repair in tread or crown area.

Estimation price is IDR 5 million to IDR 10 million

Usually warranty around 1000 hours to 1300 hours, but if customers want to using first class material,
warranty will be increase until 2500 hours

All process repair one tire with maximum wounded is 8 hours, starting from cleaning the tire to finishing the
curing.
