IT distribution – National distributor, Product manager of Asus.

Inventory planning, sales trend analysis, planning marketing


initiatives, sales forecasting, and head of sales team.

Reporting of all the data, coordinating with teams on day-to-day


basis.
What’s the best part of your job?

Working in the third best company of an industry after two global


giants, Indra Micro is one among the two.

No corporate culture, family-owned business, no dress code

Enjoys handsome salary with three increments in 3.5 years


approximately 100% increase in the base salary.
What’s the worst part of your job?

Being in a male dominant industry, gender discrimination was


observed.

Monotonous work.

Less opportunities for women to go up the higher ladder.
