to effectively deal with others.

own needs, desire, feelings, &
habits.

examine our feelings &
thoughts.

with a few Exercises
✔Learn to look at yourself
objectively. Study & Criticize your
decisions.
✔Write you own manifesto.
Make sense that you need to have a
Goal. Push yourself into figuring out
what you want & what you become.
✔Keep a Journal. Document
anything you what you are doing &
where problems might be coming
from.
✔Perform a Self-review.
Examine yourself how to improve.

✔Owning it: Identify your
strengths & weaknesses. It is
really easy to us to opening up, think
about it a little, & most importantly
listening to those who around you.
✔Acknowledge them & truly
believe in them. Have confidence in
the positives & know how great you
really are.
✔Keep Developing them. The sky is
really the limit Everyday is a chances.
✔Take them into account when
making career decision. Choose
a career path that doesn’t heavily rely
on being strong in that area.

1. Accept your current situation. Your life

feeling down & out, think about your past to
get motivated again. “Everyday is new

success or put it’s failure behind & start over

important things that can help you to get belief
& confidence back. “Everything in the
