We need a place to live in. That is called a house.

It is a place where we live with our family.
The house protects us from heat, cold, rain and
snow. It also protecs us from wild animals and
thieves. A house typically has a door, to get in
and out. Windows to give us light and fresh air.
Walls which cover all the sides of the house and
a roof which is at the top of the house.

small teepee with my family. There are no rooms but
we like it a lot.

high skyskraper in Dubai. There are seven rooms.
It’s really fantastic.

with my family. There are no rooms. It’s very cold
but very comfortable.

Hi! I’m Ali. I’m from Morocco. I live in a lovely

house with my parents. There are two floors and
eight rooms.
