Situation Statement

Our outreach program aims to assist, uplift, and support those who have been denied access to certain services and
rights. It entails providing education, social planning, health care, and other projects for their benefit.

Program must be organized to use resources and assistance to achieve a goal, as is customary. Project leaders are
essential to the success of community outreach programs. We will oversee marketing, finding donors and volunteers, and
keeping track of the outreach. Planning community programs can assist in meeting a greater need for a long-term strategy for
social progress. Furthermore, our program participants must work together to plan and source additional assets and resources to
develop more long-term solutions.

Criminology students understand the needs of society in terms of how to assist the community's younger members. Due
to restrictions, assisting children during COVID-19 has been more difficult, but that hasn't stopped us from carrying out our
mission.

Decision Makers are the following:
 Student of College of Criminology UPHSD Las Pinas
 Event Facilitator
 Church Ministry
 Youth Ministry of the Church
 Volunteers

People of influence are the following:

 Community
 Youths
 Less Fortunate

B. Information Consumers
 Criminology students of UPHSD Las Pinas in fulling their goals to help others who are in need
 The chosen community where the community outreach program will be conducted
 Children’s who are not familiar with the word of God
 By spreading the word of God and helping other it can inspire other investors to participate and conduct
this kind of programs

With the help of “Daily Vacation Bible School”, a project of one ministry that we knew, we will
give goods and other essential items for the youths. Youths have the most needs of essential
goods like hygiene kits, foods, toiletries, etc. since they are prone to catch sickness easily. We
want to engage ourselves to help the youths and give them what they need. We want to execute
this outreach program successfully so that it will be a motivation for other people to help not only
the youths, but for all other ages. There are many ministries or organizations that help or having
an outreach for years. You can even donate something that they need and they will be the guide
to give those donations of yours to the one who are they helping. A little step to help will touch
your heart when you saw the smiles and the contentment of those people whom you chose to
help.
Outreach Methods

 Outreach to deliver healthy services or products. Visiting ministry

programs are one well-known form of delivery outreach in urban
areas as well as rural. Direct delivery of services or products can be
an effective strategy for serving population groups that lack power
or resources, such as youth, the disabled, or the elderly.

 Outreach to educate or inform the target population, or those who interact with
the target population (often using community ministry advisors)
Community outreach programs play an essential role in helping minorities
in underserved communities obtain healthy services. Outreach educators can
empower their target audience to care for themselves (or their children or
neighbors) by increasing their knowledge and skills.
 Outreach to establish beneficial connections between people and organizations
These outreach efforts take shape as programs intended to create
opportunities and prevent problems. If you see an immediate or long-term
need, outreach can be used to cultivate healthy habits, skills, and interests in
your target population. This type of outreach involves working through
existing channels -- schools, and churches.

 A combination of outreach efforts to deliver services, enhance skills and knowledge, and raise
awareness
If outreach is the primary strategy of an initiative, some combination of outreach methods
is usually employed. This highly successful outreach program involved numerous stages,
and community-based outreach participants were the backbone of the effort. This outreach
program not only delivered service but taught the participants and audience a range of
skills that built their self-confidence.

effectively. One or two microphones will be used, one for the audience and the other for the participants.
3. Chairs- It will be used to ensure that our participants enjoy a pleasant and relaxing experience.
4. Camera- It will be used to keep track of activities and events. We will use masks on the participants

Identify Media Outlets

Social media will be used to promote our community outreach initiative (Good
Samaritan). We were broadcasting or announcing our activities on Facebook,
Instagram, and Twitter. We want to stream the activity live on Facebook to
enable others to observe it. We can inspire others through a live broadcast of our
community outreach activity. Even after the community engagement campaign is
completed, we would like to share our photos from the COP on social media.
Additionally, to set a positive example for others and inspire them to do the
same.
Implement Your Plan

Ministry gift giving is something that should not be a chore. It must come from the heart. When you give
gifts, you are giving something willingly without wanting something in return. Making someone feel special is
more than enough reason to make you give more. It tells the receiver that you were thinking about them.

While it feels good to be on the receiving end, there is a feeling of self-gratification when you are the one who
is doing the giving. This can’t be measured by monetary value. The happiness you get from opening a gift is

only temporary, but giving provides a more self-fulfilling experience that lasts for a long period of time .
