HUMAN ACT VS ACTS OF HUMAN

1. Human act- A humane act is one where the individual makes a


conscious decision to carry out an act, human acts are acts that
require the creation of choices, and usage of responsibility of a
person. The man is responsible for his action if he does the act out of
knowledge, freedom and voluntariness.
2. Acts of man- act of man is more of an involuntary reflex, like
breathing. Examples of Acts of Human are breathing and beating of
the heart. Actions that are done without knowledge, freedom and
voluntariness do not make man responsible.

Knowledge - A human act is an act done with knowledge doing an act


with knowledge makes the act deliberate.
Freedom - An act done with freedom means that the agent does an act
under the control of his will.
Voluntariness - It is the voluntariness that requires the presence of the
two other constituents. Voluntariness requires the presence of knowledge
and freedom.
