How to use this table
1. To simplify BoQ per site model, each varian define in single sheet (see column remark for item
Varian for each BoQ Sheet)
2. In order to develop complete BoQ, required to combine BoQ from respective varian (BoQ BTS+
BoQ Local Inst Mat+ BoQ Antenna and Bracket + BoQ AAOB)
• To Determine type material and also quantity, have to consider other item related with
the Solution Model and also actual requirement at site:
• For detail regarding each item calculation already describe at excel attached.

Electrical Safety
Some components of the power supply system carry hazardous voltage in operation. Direct contact or indirect contact through moist objects
with these components will result in fatal injury.
High voltage operation may cause fire and electric shock. The connection and wiring of AC cables must be in compliance with the local rules and
regulations. Only those who are licensed to operate high voltage and AC power can perform high volt
BLVD
The function of BLVD is protecting the batteries from over-discharge. The disadvantage of BLVD is that when the battery voltage drops down to a
certain value, all the loads (including non-priority loads and priority loads) will be cut off due to battery disconnection. The advantage of
disabling BLVD is prolonging the power supply of priority loads. The disadvantage is that disabling cannot prevent unwanted power failure due to
mis-operation or power supply system failure
Electrical Safety
Others
When replacing power input fuses of monitoring module and power distribution units, use the same type fuses
to meet the safety requirement.
When moving equipment by hand, wear protective gloves to avoid injury by sharp object
Please verify the cable labels and the silkscreen of the power supply before connection
The signal cables should be routed at least 150mm away from power cables.

Electrical Safety
WARNING!
Improper handling of batteries can cause them to short-circuit, which can result in serious
injury due to high energy levels. Exercise the necessary care when working with batteries. Remove any items that
can cause short circuits, such as, rings and bracelet
CAUTION!
Batteries can leak electrolytes if mishandled. Electrolytes in contact with skin or eyes can cause injury. In the event
of an electrolyte-induced injury, rinse the affected area with water and immediately seek medical attention. Use
protective equipment when replacing batteries.
DANGER!
Open-cell lead-acid batteries can give off highly flammable hydrogen gas that can cause a fatal explosion. Do not
use open-cell lead-acid batteries. Preparation for install the battery Before action, consider the following:
• The circuit breaker for the battery string must be switched off.
• The fuse for DC feeding must be removed in enclosure.
• Wear gloves

5. Also check from the display if any alarms, if minor (like CB alarm, it’s OK because all CBs from battery and load are in OFF state).
6. If everything normal, switch ON battery-01 and battery breaker and observe the status, both battery LED and MC2600 display.
7. If all OK, switch OFF the AC breaker to check if AAOB switch over to the battery. Then measure the battery vs. the voltage on the MC2600 display.
8. If all OK, switch OFF the battery and wait for 1 minute and insert the remaining rectifier modules and make sure properly inserted according to configuration and secure the screw
or lock latch.
9. Switch ON the AC breakers and observe the status of each rectifier modules, if all OK with alarms, proceed to next steps.
10. Switch ON all battery units and switch ON battery breaker one at a time, observe and check the display if any alarm.
11. Switch ON the load breaker depending on which load or equipment you like to test or power ON.
